Contact form. When you write to us we receive the name, e-mail address, topic and message you enter. We use them only to answer your request and, where relevant, to follow up on a potential partnership, investment or land opportunity. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Technical logs. Like every website, our hosting provider records technical data for each request (IP address, browser type, time, page requested) in server logs used solely for security and to keep the service running. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not profile visitors.

Messages sent through the form are delivered to contactus@solwin.com by a form-processing service (Web3Forms) acting as our processor; the website itself has no database. The website is served by our hosting provider. Both act on our instructions under data-processing agreements. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from receipt, unless the conversation leads to a business relationship, in which case the data is kept for as long as that relationship and the related legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for a short period, typically no longer than 30 days.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contactus@solwin.com; we answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority of the country where you live or work.
